Ideal choice for taking strolls in Lake Mary with excellent value for money. The evening socials with tasty snacks were a nice surprise. Check if the pool is open before you go.

Our stay was mainly to explore the area and access local attractions. The spaciousness of the room and the convenience of having a full kitchen were standout features for us. The location was excellent, providing easy access to both downtown and quieter spots for relaxation. However, I was disappointed with some cleanliness issues I encountered, particularly with the carpets and the sofa bed. Overall, the friendly staff and responsive service made our trip enjoyable.

We ran into issues with room assignments. our first room didn't match our reservation, and the elevator nearest to our room was out of service. The complimentary breakfast lacked variety compared to earlier visits, tending toward the mediocre side. To add to the fun, repairs were ongoing in the pool area, leaving us without a proper swimming spot, which we weren’t notified about beforehand. Additionally, we faced problems with the television in the living room not working for two days and received only limited housekeeping services during our stay.

I loved the happy hour with free snacks and the cozy firepit for relaxation during my stay. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that the breakfast area was a bit chilly, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊
